For those of you who do your own vaccinations for your horses you may have noticed that WNV is only available in 10 dose packs. Yesterday I got a catalog that has the individual doses.

It's Heartland Veterinary Supply. www.heartlandvetsupply.com

The Recombitek is $13.95 single dose, or
$67.95 5 dose vial.

The Fort Dodge brand is $15.95 single dose.

They also offer WNV + EWT combos.

They do have a shipping charge that is a little high IMO as they only ship vaccines 2nd day air or over night. But if you generally pay for your vets farm call, it's still a good deal.

I figure any time I can save a few bucks and keep our vets freed up for other clients it's a good thing all around.
