I have a yearling that is hypp positive N/H and I am wondering what to feed him to keep on a low postassium diet. he has just starting having a few mild episodes the last one today was right after he was gelded. I suspect due to the stress. I gave him some karo syrup after reading some where this would help. I dont really even know how much of that to be giving. He as on alfalfa when we got him and seemed ok but now with him showing sign of tremors I have him on oat hay with some sweet feed. any suggestions?
