Have any of you tried bug check? What were the results if you did?

The horses ears are already bleeding from nat bites, I had to put swat on last night and their ears were loaded with them. Hank was shaking his head violently which is what made me look. It is very wet and muddy here, so I suppose we are going to have a bad bug yr. It isn't even warm yet . The manure has been hauled, the old hay cleaned up ect.

Hi Diane, I have tried bug check, didn't work for my horse, however, Cheval's International Inside Out does work for him... but not for others. He's the sensitive skin type that attracts all bugs it seems! With the Inside Out he doesn't get all the bites and I seem to remember the gnats not bugging him so much. I just started him back on it because you're right, the gnats are nasty!! The bug check is not too expensive so worth a shot, but give it a couple of months. Good luck!
