Hi DrO
Do horses see infrared? My hubby is putting a very cool camera in my foaling stall. It requires a small infrared light. Just want to make sure it will be safe. ( I think it will be ok cuz I already use infrared heaters in the barn without any problems, but I usually dont have them on at night:P)

The camera will follow the horse around If I want it to and is incredibly clear even in what looks like complete darkness to my eye. Im super excited !

Thanks a bunch

Hello leslie,
No I don't believe so based on the similarity of their rods and cones to ours however I don't remember any specific testing for this capacity so will leave it a slightly open question.
