  Discussion on Wax products for hoofs

The product I thought I would use for surface cracks contains in this order: raw lineseed oil,spirits of turpentine,pure menhadin oil, bees wax,balsam of fir, oil of vitriol. It does not state how much of each.
Does this seem like an approprioate product for the purpose?
