When is spring? March? April? May? Should I assume its when I see my first fly or mosquito? I understand that vaccinating too early will decrease the months of protection. When should I vaccinate? I live in Michigan and we have seen snow as late as May! I have also seen temperatures over 70 in March! Egads! What to do!

Let's see....Spring is when a young man's fancy turns to....no that is something else. I presume you are worried about vaccinating for encephalitis and use the month before the begining of your mosquito season as the time.
