Hi,

I always have Pepto Bismal in my first aid kit for both horse and rider. If my horse displays minor colic signs, I will give her a bottle of Pepto. If signs do not get better, I will then call the vet. I am not saying this will work all the time and you should consult you vet. I have and my vet has approved my using this.
