My vet, Dr.Jerry Bancroft, had his first case ever of rabies 2 weeks ago. The horse was hauled into his clinic from NW Georgia and we live in Cleveland, Tennessee. The horse was trying to bite and had been chasing all the horses where he was pastured. He went down in the stocks and they decided to send him to the University of Tennessee. He died in transit. Jerry and his helper are both having to get the shots because they were working in the horses's mouth. Linda Norton
