Discussion on Can you tell me about cherry trees and horses?

I have two huge cherry trees in the next section of land I would like to use as pasture. I have read that they could be poisonous if the branches break, this turns the leaves toxic? I would love to keep these trees for shade. Can anyone tell me more? Thanks.
