The initial diagnosis was confirmed by palpation and the occurrence of very deep horn rings on all hooves and a laminitic horn ring on the right front hoof of one mare. So Dr. O what is a laminitic horn ring and where on the hoof is this found ? What does it look like? I have to quit reading... On the first day God created horses, on the second day he painted them with SPOTS..

These are the rings that form at the coronet of horses with founder Ann. They are raised ring of wall that goes around the foot and will grow out with the wall. DrO
