  Discussion on Purple Spots on sole

Ok, maybe I'm paranoid. But Moose had there purplish spots on the white part of his sole. Only one of them has it, they were there once before and went away, now they're back. I've included pictures. I searched the site to see if I could find anything that sounds like this and couldn't find anything. So...is it nothing??? Or something I should concern myself with??? They look like what a bruise looks like on a person. He's not sore or anything.

Hi melissa, that looks like normal pigmentation. My horses all have that but for some reason it is only visible sometimes.

Thanks Diane. I use to save the stupid questions for my friends at the barn who are more experienced horse people, but I've moved away and don't know anyone here, so now I am burdening you guys.
