Thanks Cindy for the article on Thorn Song. Doug Herthel is my favorite vet !! I have been going to Alamo Pintado since its inception...and it is a remarkable hospital..All the vets are incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Herthel is also the founder of Platinum Performance , which I use for my horses and myself!! So the stem cell therapy just might be an answer for laminitis....let's hope finally there is a breakthrough on this dreaded and painful problem that no horse should ever have to endure.
