Can you inject sidebone? Also what is "Palmer Digital Neurectomy?

Inject with what? Sidebone in not in itself a painful disease (see the article for an explanation of this). If you have a lameness do to a primary inflammatory disease, steroid injections might help but I do not know of any work of this. Most painful sidebones are secondary to other problems that need to be addressed first.
