i have a palomino pony which has been diagnosed with an old shoulder injury and her shoulder keeps dislocating as the ligaments have become so streched as she has been ridden on this injury for years an no one picked it up ,, we have retired her but the shoulder stil dislocates often our physio said to keep her on flat ground wen it gets bad but i was wondering if theres anything you would suggest to make it more comfortable for her

During times of increased discomfort phenylbutazone (bute) would be logical.
