I have a 13 year old 28" mini who was abused and I do not know how I am going to give her shot to her. It took me a year to put my hands on her and now I feel like I have undone everything. We tried to give her the west nile and her other boosters and she went besirk and messed up her eye and now she doesn't trust me. my vet told me to give her ace 1 10mg. per 100 lbs. But she may be pregant, I'm not sure, so I'm trying to find out if it is safe to ace her and will it hurt her baby if she is preg. I also have this problem with three more minis, they just go haywire when trying to give them shots. I have a stallion it took 5 people to give him his last shots, he's 31 inches and I think he has more strength than my big horses. Can you give a stallion ace? I have always heard it will make them steril. My neighbor gave her pasino mare 2cc and it knocked her out and she really had a hard time with it.thank you for your help. Pooh
