Is there a drug that can start a mare cycling?

Hello Horse,
It depends on what you mean by "start cycling". We have a discussions on normal cycling and abnormal cycling see,
Equine Reproduction: Breeding and Foaling: Stimulating Mares to Cycle Early and also
Equine Diseases: Reproductive Diseases: Trouble Settling Mares & Stallion Infertility: Abnormal Heat Cycles (Estrus).

The Reproduction Menu has also several other articles that explain cycling.
