Any further information relating to MRI, cranial catscan, x-rays of the head etc confirming brain tumours relating to irrational and dangerous behaviour
would be appreciated.

Irrational and dangerous behavior can be do to brain disorders but this is quite rare, or at least rarely diagnosed. Though radiography could be done it is not very effective at finding organic brain disease, it may locate bony abnormalities or very large tumors. Though facilities for CAT or MRI are rare there a number of scientific reports on having this done as surveys of normal and to address some specific conditions. I have placed those in the scientific report section of Equine Diseases » Nervous System » Diagnosing Diseases of the Nervous System.
