Here is the idea, Put solar panels in the cantle, these panels would power wires run through the seat, down through the fenders to the stirrups back up the fender to the pommel. End with a cluster on each side of the pommel These are for your hands. If the kids can have hand warmers on their sleds and I have heard a rumor there are heated seats in some vehicles, why not in the saddle? Hmmm?

Sounds good! Now, is there any chance of this saddle shorting out, sparks flying, and an electrical shot to my butt, or worse yet(worse?)zapping the horse???? Can you picture that?! I wish I had a cartoon of a horse with hair standing on end, rider looking like the coyote after one of his schemes to blow up the road runner backfired! (Now, where did that come from, lol!) Funny!!! More serious (And I KNOW you were serious) I want a saddle that is semi treeless. One that is adjustable at the withers, and soft and flexible on the horses back, yet at the same moves with the horse like my treeless does. And it sets back on the horses shoulders correctly, allowing shoulder movement. AND, the stirrups are under my body, not putting me in the chair position. AND, it must be a WESTERN saddle...any takers? And just plain stirrup warmers, solar or battery!

Toe warmers from LL Bean are great for the toes. I Wonder how many of them it would take to line the seat of your pants?? There is a bun warmer for football games that you warm in the microwave. I have considered using it to warm the saddle blanket for the horse - before saddling of course. That blanket must really be a shock to the horse's back on a COLD morning! Only a day left to rush out and locate these items for under the tree. "Merry Christmas to all"
