When my horse jumps she naturally lands on one leg instead of the other and naturally picks up that lead which is the wrong lead. We have taken all precautions and it isn't because she is hurt or in any pain. I have tried cueing her over the jump to pick up the correct lead but she won't. If I canter to the jump on the correct lead she will switch it over the jump. I don't know how to make her pick up the correct lead. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Most horse are naturally one sided as we are mostly right handed, horses are mostly left footed,or tend to lead with their left forelegs. It takes a long time to teach a horse to change leads on the ground, so it may take years for your horse to change while in midair. However you could change leads shortly after landing over a jump,if not a flying change then a simple one.The main thing is to be on the correct lead around the next turn.
