Hi, I just purchased a TB hunter/14yrs; he carries his head so low when riding...walk, especially trotting and cantering....the trainer was using a gag bit; but I don't see the point if you can't show in that and it doesn't make him carry his head any higher...is this low head normal...I}} mean it is low! I have also tried a Myler ported snaffle...same thing. What is a good bit for leveling him off more?
