hello. I have a private ranch with a several horses. I have few equestrian enthusiast that come and help me exercise some of horses. I need a release forms to protect me in case of any accidents. Where can I find one?

Hello Olesya, You will find sample contracts including a liability release contract at HorseAdvice.com ยป Equine Business and Law. However all such contracts are subject to your local laws and therefore should be reviewed by a local lawyer for compliance and that if does what you want it to do. It is also recommended in many states that you put up a "Horseback riding is a dangerous sport- liability release" statement in a prominent location. In some states it is protective against some accidents. DrO

That notice that DR O talks about - I have seen them in some of the Horse Catalogs - they are Metal signs about 18 * 22 inches or so. I have neighbors that want to "see" and "Pet"the horses - i feel that I need one of them for the Barn in a prominent location so it will free us of liability if some one were to come feed them and get hurt.
