      Hello! We live in Indiana (cold winters) and have a Small-ish (96×60) metal NON-Insulated indoor arena. We are looking at radiant heat strips to heat (not warm…just to knock most of the chill off) while we ride. Does anyone have experience with this that can give me the pros and cons? Our rafters are 16 ft high.

      Hello Debby,
      I do believe that radiant heat is a good solution for what you describe but don’t have any experience with the installation. The folks who might be able to help you is your local extension office as such heating is used in animal production units.
